Due to our merchandise being produced individually after each purpose, production time varies and usually occurs within 4-6 weeks as soon as all products are sold out. As they are individually made, We hope you can be patient & enjoy our shoes as much as we like designing them!
Due to the color settings of your computer, the colors of the products shown in the pictures on our Coolie Collection store can differ from their actual colors. Coolie Collection cannot be held responsible for any such discrepancy.
LEGALITIES
The seller is not responsible for any health or safety concerns once the buyer has received the item. If any harm is incurred from the items purchased by the buyer, the seller shares no responsibility.
The seller only takes responsibility for shipping the product, and requires the customer to pay any import cost, such as VAT, duties, and clearing fees.

Security for the safety of your personal information, Coolie Collection store uses a specific PAYMENT GATEWAY / SSL Certificates to encrypt information passed to and from the website during registration and checkout. PROCESSING TIME
Processing time for orders is 4-6 weeks. Processing starts once everything is sold out. Orders are processed Monday - Friday from 10:00am - 5:00pm. Once your order has been printed and packed, it will be shipped out using the following carrier: USPS.
